As a member of The 1000, how do my lifetime coupons work?
Once you become a member, we send you coupon codes via email that give you up to an extra $15, $50, $75, or $100 off of our already low prices! Some product's prices are so low that we cannot allow the use of coupons, but we try our best to give you deals on every purchase!
How can I become eligible for the monthly giveaways?
Our monthly giveaways are for all customers who make any purchase between the 1st and the 29th day of the month. The drawing is completely random and the winners are announced on the site the following morning. Each product purchase (including donations) is one entry into the month’s giveaway; members of The 1000 receive triple entries per product. Basically, you can spend as little as $3.00 for entries. Winners have the option of having their full name placed on the site as the winner, or first initial and last name. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive prizes.
How can I have a product shipped to an address that is different than my billing address?
If you have an account: Go to my accounts and choose the view or change entries in my address book option. This allows you to store up to five seperate addresses and choose a primary billing address; you can choose any of your saved addresses on the shipping page.
If you do not have an account: You can change your shipping address on the confimation page by choosing edit under the shipping address area.
On the shipping information page, why does the only option state 7-9 days?
7-9 days is a general shipping practice, but our products usually arrive between 3-7 days, with the exception of large items and special situations. There may be a need to make special arrangements for delivery and you will get an e-mail stating so. Furniture and televisions are the main items that fall into this category. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail, which enables you to know where your product is and when it should arrive.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and paypal (USD only). For security purposes, all product orders over $2000 must be conducted by wire transfer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to rising problems with fraud in this industry our merchant banks have asked us to increase security on higher dollar transactions.
